International Ventures was founded as a subsidiary of Anderson-Bryant & Co. in 1971 by Andy Anderson. And specializes in oil and gas participation royalty ownership.

In 1978, when Andy was able to retire from Anderson-Bryant, he traded his majority interest in Anderson-Bryant for Gary E Bryant’s majority interest in International Ventures.

A short time later, Andy spearheaded the drilling of our first oil well near Sparks, Oklahoma. The well is now the unofficial mascot for International Ventures. Several other wells followed suit.

During the collapse of the Oklahoma banking industry in 1982, Andy began purchasing the oil leases of bankrupt oil investors and promoted drilling of other wells in Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas.

When he and Coeina relocated to Pagosa Springs, Colorado, International Ventures purchased several acres of undeveloped land at auction, plus an office condo. The land was to be parceled, however, due to declining health, this effort did not materialize.

International Ventures is now in its second and third generation with the recent death of Coeina Anderson. We are soon to launch a real estate division by leasing the Pagosa Springs properties, and plans future divisions as time and capital permit.
